About Us

T.C. Anderson and his wife Patti purchased the Bunkey's of Durham facility in 2003. Their state of the art full service car wash is located at 4421 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd., which connects UNC and Duke University.

Bunkey's of Durham was originally established by Bunkey Morgan and has been consistently voted "Best Full Service Car Wash" in the area for many years. T.C. and Patti were enthusiastic and committed customers of Bunkey's. They were impressed by the attention to detail and the work ethic of the employees. When the opportunity arose, they jumped at the chance to purchase the business.

T.C. has instituted good management and training procedures. The result has been a well-organized and highly trained group of associates designated "The Clean Team". Your satisfaction is their mission.

Paco, The Talking Parrot is a much loved member of the Clean Team. Paco is a 5 year old, Blue-Fronted Amazon parrot and he is in charge of customer entertainment. Paco talks and even sings to children of all ages. He can say Good Morning, Good Night, Goodbye, Hello Paco and sing "You are My Sunshine". Come in and get to know Paco, he makes everybody smile!

T.C., Patti and The Clean Team are very committed to the community. They are helping their customers support local churches and nonprofit organizations. T.C.'s Community Spirit Fund Raising Car Wash Program is their way of giving back to the community and the organizations their customers support. Your favorite nonprofit organization can receive a check for 10% of the value of all car washes and services purchased by your enrolled members.
